By downloading or using Centurions (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of service
Centurions is a fitness-tracking and motivation app that offers free and optional paid (“Pro”) features via auto-renewing subscriptions managed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Purchases, trials, renewals, and cancellations are handled by the app store where you obtained the App.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Refunds are issued only through the respective store’s refund process.
Prices and trial periods are shown clearly before purchase.
4. User responsibilities
You are responsible for your own health and fitness. Always consult a medical professional before beginning any exercise program. Use the App at your own risk.
5. Intellectual property
All content, graphics, and software within the App are owned or licensed by Megaboom Studios. You may not copy or distribute them without permission.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. It forms part of these Terms.
7. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding results or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Megaboom Studios is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from use of the App.

We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always appear on this page.
